This program has a practical focus on providing the knowledge and skills of a land administrator. Currently, most assistant land administrator / land broker / auctioneer operates on the basis of experience with very little formal education and training to guide them in their work. This program is intended to fill this gap. The modules in the program provides them with the necessary professional skills, knowledge and understanding to carry out their functions more efficiently and effectively.

  • To enable graduates to apply related skills and knowledge in land administrator and development
  • To produce graduates who are technically competent in solving problem critically, logically, creatively, and analytically based on sound facts and ideas in assisting the land and property professionals.

The English Language Entry Requirement for International Student at GEOMATIKA University College are as follows:

  2. TOEFL: Test of English as Foreign Language
