It helps to advance technology and prepare the ripe environment to breed innovation and creative solution to problems faced by an organization, either a small company or millions people of a country. By preparing future graduates in Diploma in Computer Science, we can fulfill the market needs of professional Computer Science practitioners not only for the local industry but also for the international market.
Objectives for this course are to give strong foundation in Computer Science knowledge, to expose students with the theory and practicality of various topic under Computer Science, to equip students with the balance of Computer theory and concept in big picture operation of computers and to foster creativity and innovation in order to develop students’ capabilities of creating new, original and unique ideas related to computing, network, and information system.

Local Admission
SPM
Posses Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least credit in any three subjects inclusive of Mathematics or any equivalent qualification; OR
STPM
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject or any equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
STAM
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
SKM
A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3, and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; ORass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics; OR;
Certificate
A pass in any qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3, Malaysian Qualification Framework, MQF) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
Others
Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised as accepted by the Senate. Candidates without a credit in mathematics at the SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted if the Certificate programme contains subjects in mathematics that are equivalent to mathematics at the SPM level.
Notes
Candidates with a credit in a computing-related subject at the SPM level or its equivalent may be given preferential consideration.
Any equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysian Government
International Admission
The English Language Entry Requirement for International Student at University of GEOMATIKA Malaysia are as follows:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) – Band 5.5
TOEFL: Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) – Score 450
** For students who do not have the above English Qualification, they must undergo Geomatika’s English Program
