Robe
The robe set is a part of the convocation attire that must be worn by all graduands during the convocation ceremony
Collection of Robe
- Robe can be collect on Friday, 1st November 2019 from 10.00am to 4.00pm at:
Indasari Hall, Geomatika University College
Level 3, Lift 2 Wisma Prima Peninsula
Jalan Setiawangsa 11, Taman Setiawangsa
54200 Kuala Lumpur
- Deposit of RM 100.00 need to be paid upon collection of robes. The deposit will be refunded after the return of the robe is made on the designated day.
- Students are required to complete the Tracer Study by the Ministry of Higher Education at the website: http://graduan.mohe.gov.my/v/ and submit a completed copy of the study at the robe collection counter.
* Students are not allowed to collect robe if no copy of proof is submitted
- Student may represented by others in the collection of robe using the form provided. The form must be accompanied by a representative with a copy of the representative’s and graduate’s Identity Card and a cash deposit (required).
Returning of Robe
- Robe should be returned after the convocation ceremony end on 2nd November 2019.
- Failure to return the robe causes scrolls and transcripts to be detained by the Examination Unit. The delay of returning a robe on a designated date will result in the deposit will not be returned.
- Any damage or loss will be charged RM 400.00/robe.
- Late robe returning will be considered as rental and will be charged RM 120.00/day
Dress Code
Male | 1)Â Â Â Â Â Wearing a robe provided by GUC. 2)Â Â Â Â Â National attire (e.g; Malay shirt and black songkok (plain) or long sleeve shirt or dark blazer (covered) and tie-colored (for those who wear shirts). 3)Â Â Â Â Â Short hair and tidy. Not allowed to color the hair. |

IMPORTANT: Graduates who do not wear proper clothing are not allowed to join the Convocation Ceremony
TRACER STUDY
===============
MOHE
- As part of the graduation requirement, graduands are required to complete the Tracer Study Survey. The survey is used as a platform to know your views on the type of education you have received, the services provided and the facilities on campus during your stay at GUC. The main purpose of the survey is to acquire information on employability status of our graduates.
- You can access the Tracer Study Survey online from 22 September 2019 (12.00 AM) until 09 November 2019 (11.59 PM). The Tracer Study Survey can be accessed at:

GUC
- Graduands are required to complete the tracer study survey for GUC during the robe collection day manually.
- Please collect the tracer study form from the designated counter, submit the completed from together with MOHE Tracer study at the robe collection counter

To ensure the ceremony is conducted with dignity, honor and solemnest, we would appreciate if you could give your full cooperation to strictly observe the rules and etiquette listed below.
Please also remind your guests/parents to the same rules and etiquette:
- Graduates and guests/parents are advised to wear appropriately in accordance to the function
- Graduates and guests/parents are NOT to leave the hall or move about during the ceremony
- Graduates and guests/parents are advised to have their breakfast/meals before entering the hall
- Graduates and guests/parents are advised to use the restroom before the ceremony begins to minimize disruption during the ceremony.
- Only officially appointed photographers are allowed to take photographs or any form of audio-visual recording.

 SCROLLS

 Scroll and Transcript can be collected starting 4th November 2019 onwards during working hours (Monday – Friday) at One Stop Centre (OSC).
- Collection of Scroll & Transcript are subjected to clearance status (no debt or incomplete subject).
- For International Students who did not yet received their transcript and scroll, please go to your respective faculty for further clarification.
INVITATION
==============
- Â Graduates are only allowed to bring two (2) invitations (aged 12 years and above) into the hall throughout the convocation session. The invitation card will be given during the convocation ceremony (during student registration).
- If you would like to bring additional invitations, an amount of 00 per person will be charged.
*Invitees are not allowed to bring in babies or children under the age of 12 into the hall as it will disrupt the flow of the event.

Parking at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre
Entrances
The Main Entrance is on Jalan Pinang opposite the UOA Building. The West Entrance is opposite the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Ballroom entrance. The Park Entrance is in the centre of the building and accessed on foot through the KLCC Park.
Drop Off Point
Approach the Centre along Jalan Pinang and turn left into the Main Entrance (second turn after the Mandarin Oriental Hotel) to drop off guests.
Car Parks
West car park entrance
Take the first left after the traffic light near Mandarin Oriental Hotel from Jalan Pinang. Proceed up the road to the underground access to the car park below the Centre.
East car park entrance
Take the first left after the Main Entrance to Persiaran KLCC from Jalan Pinang. Turn left at the next junction into the underground car park access. Proceed to Level P1 as access to the Concourse level is for deliveries only.
Parking around Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Suria KLCC
With multiple access and ingress from and to JalanAmpang, Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Pinang, Jalan Tun Razak and from the Ampang – Kuala Lumpur elevated highway, this parking facility has about 5,000 bays.
For closest access to the Centre, park in the KLCC Suria car park and exit to the Concourse level Centre Court. Make your way past Cold Storage to the Guardian Pharmacy where there is an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway (open from 6am – 11pm daily) through to the Centre. Take the elevator to the Ground Floor where you can access the Centre through the West Entrance.
