Bachelor Science (Hons) Valuation & Property Management has been set up to produce skilled and knowledgeable graduates in terms of property valuation and managing the real estate management system challenges. This course covers Property Valuation, Property Development, Property Marketing, Property Investment, Property Economy and Real Estate Law. Graduates of this program have the opportunity to work in both the public and private sectors. In addition, they may also set up own agencies that offer services to customers related to property development, property valuation, as well as dealing with purchase, sale, real estate, and property rental management.

Local Admission

Diploma

  • Pass Diploma (Level 4,KKM) from recognized Institutions by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR

STPM

  • Pass with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in two (2) other subjects.

Foundation

  • Pass any foundation of institutions recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR

A - Level

  • Pass with at least full pass in two (2) subjects; OR

Other qualification recognized by the Malaysian Government.

International Admission

The English Language Entry Requirement for International Student at GEOMATIKA University College are as follows:

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) – Band 5.5
TOEFL: Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) – Score 450

** For students who do not have the above English Qualification, they must undergo Geomatika College International’s English Program
