Bachelor of Science (Honours) Real Estate and Property Management has been set up to produce skilled and knowledgeable graduates in terms of property valuation and managing the real estate management system challenges. This course covers Property Valuation, Property Development, Property Marketing, Property Investment, Property Economy and Real Estate Law. Graduates of this program have the opportunity to work in both the public and private sectors. In addition, they may also set up own agencies that offer services to customers related to property development, property valuation, as well as dealing with purchase, sale, real estate, and property rental management.

Local Admission
i. Pass STPM or an equivalent qualification with a minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in 2 subjects; OR
ii. Pass STAM with a minimum rank of Maqbul; OR
iii. Pass Foundation/Matriculation program in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
iv. Pass Diploma (MQF Level 4) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
v. Pass Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) in related fields with a minimum of one semester Bridging Program conducted concurrently by UGM
vi. Pass Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Access (APEL A ā T6)
