Diploma in Land Administration has a practical focus on providing the knowledge and skills of a land administrator. Currently, most assistant land administrator, land broker, and auctioneer operates on the basis of personal experience with very little formal education and training to guide them in their work. This program is intended to fill this gap. The modules in the program provide them with the necessary professional skills, knowledge, and insight to carry out their roles more efficiently and effectively. The syllabus of this program has been designed to include subjects ranging from law, policy, management, and others.

Pass Real Estate Management Certificate (Level 3, MQF)/Real Estate Appraisal Certificate (Level 3, MQF) from the National Appraisal Institute (INSPEN) or Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field from another PPT recognized by the Malaysian Government with CGPA minimum 2.00; OR
Any equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysian Government
International Admission
The English Language Entry Requirement for International Student at University of GEOMATIKA Malaysia are as follows:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) – Band 5.5
TOEFL: Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) – Score 450
** For students who do not have the above English Qualification, they must undergo Geomatika’s English Program
