Faculty of Multimedia, Enforcement & Computing

Diploma in Law Enforcement and Investigation is specifically tailored to equip students with the skills and knowledge in various aspects of Law Enforcement, criminal law and investigation areas. It is specifically geared towards providing students with an understanding in criminology, criminal law and practices, security crisis management, administrative law, security threats and liabilities and the criminal justice system.
Students will be trained in leadership, teamwork and investigation techniques. Through this course, students will be shaped to be one rank above the rest and have higher employment opportunities in the field of security management and law enforcement.

The goal of the Diploma in Law Enforcement and Investigation is to provide the students with theoretical background, applied skills and specialized knowledge required to become a superior candidate in a recruiting process and to increase their chances of success at the entry level employment stage in a range of investigation and law enforcement occupations.

Local Admission


i. Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least a credit in three (3) subjects; OR
ii. Pass GCE/O-Level or other equivalent qualifications with at least a credit in three (3) subjects; OR
iii. Pass the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least a Grade C in three (3) subjects; OR
iv. Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or an equivalent qualification with at least a Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in one (1) subject; OR
v. Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with Maqbul (Pass) grade; OR
vi. Pass Certificate (MQF Level 3) in a related field; OR
vii. Pass APEL.A (Level 4); OR
viii. Possess SKM Level 3 and complete a bridging module in Basic Malaysian Law; OR
ix. Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.

International Admission


The English Language Entry Requirement for International Student at University of GEOMATIKA Malaysia are as follows:

Achieve at least Band 3 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or an equivalent score in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), CEFR Mid B1, or other recognized equivalent qualifications.

** For students who do not have the above English Qualification, they must undergo Geomatika International’s English Program
