The Master of Laws (LL.M) courses offered are predominantly driven by the needs of contemporary legal practice. They include courses in highly specialized areas as well as general areas where the principles underpinning that area are complex and require a depth of understanding.
First Semester

Second Semester

- Law of Islamic Banking
Elective Subjects (Need to choose ONE (1) subject for every electives)
- Elective 1:
- Transaction in Islamic Law; or

- Law of International Sale of Goods

Third & Fourth Semester
- Research Methodology (2 Credit Hours) – Third Semester
- Dissertation (12 Credit Hours) – Fourth Semester
Local Admission
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience and Pass the evaluation on personal statement demonstrating knowledge, skills, experience and achievement related to the programme; OR
- Pass additional pre-requisite courses

Evaluation on working experience and personal statement to compensate for CGPA and non related fields do not stack over each other. The same evaluation satisfies both requirements. Need to add a bridging program to fulfill the requirement.
