On August 28, 2024, Universiti Geomatika Malaysia Melaka (UGMM) proudly hosted a significant event in the realm of entrepreneurship—the MAXIS eKelas Usahawan workshop. This workshop, fully sponsored by MAXIS and expertly managed by UiTM, aimed to empower Malaysian entrepreneurs through digital marketing, aligning with the principles of SDG 4: Quality Education.
The event attracted an impressive turnout, far exceeding expectations. Initially targeting 80 participants, the workshop welcomed 108 enthusiastic entrepreneurs, including students from UGMM. This overwhelming response highlighted the strong interest and commitment to enhancing digital marketing skills among local entrepreneurs.
The workshop provided a robust platform for participants to explore and learn the latest marketing strategies and techniques. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many participants praising the high quality of the learning experience and the impactful interactions that significantly benefited their businesses.
