The Young Greenpreneur Short Course Camp, hosted by UIN Raden Intan Lampung, kicked off with a focus on “Instructional Leadership in Education Perspective”. This inaugural session featured Prof. Datuk Sr. Dr. Mohaizi bin Mohamad, President of Universiti Geomatika Malaysia, who emphasized the crucial role of instructional leadership in fostering a supportive learning environment. He highlighted the necessity for educational leaders to inspire both teachers and students, harnessing technology and innovative approaches to enhance educational outcomes.

Prof. Mohaizi underscored the adaptability required of leaders in the digital age, urging them to leverage evolving educational technologies to improve teaching and learning processes. The interactive session allowed participants from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to engage in dynamic discussions, exchanging ideas and strategies for implementing effective instructional leadership in their respective institutions.

This session is part of the broader Young Greenpreneur International Short Course 2024, aimed at equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to tackle global challenges, particularly in sustainable entrepreneurship and green innovation. Prof. Dr. Tulus Suryanto, Dean of FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung, expressed his gratitude for Prof. Mohaizi’s contributions and reaffirmed the faculty’s commitment to sustainable education and international collaboration.

The camp promises to continue delivering valuable insights and practical knowledge through subsequent sessions, fostering an environment where participants can develop competencies essential for future challenges. This initiative not only provides theoretical foundations but also encourages critical thinking and practical application, ensuring participants leave with actionable skills to enhance educational leadership and sustainability.
