Outcome Based Education (OBE) is based on students-centred teaching as opposed to lecturer-centred teaching. Here in GUC, we believe that every student deserves the personalisation in their teaching and learning.

What is Flexible Education? Due to some issues revolving living allowances for certain students to further their studies, Student Affairs Department and UIBL work hand-in-hand to provide part-time working options to local students.

Therefore, we support teaching and learning through blended learning and ensure the credit hours are still being fulfilled for the students to do well and graduate in time. Students can submit assignment through virtual access and have the flexibility to determine their subjects arrangement.
